EU Issues Arrest Warrant for U.S. CIA Agents Suspected of Kidnap & Torture

According to MSNBC news and the Reuters News Service, a court in Milan issued an EU arrest warrant for 22 CIA agents for the kidnapping and torture of an Egyptian cleric.

The Court suspects that the CIA kidnapped Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr from Milan and transported him to Egypt where he was interrogated and tortured. Italian Prosecutors think Nasr is still in custody in Egypt.

As an EU warrant, the agents could be arrested if found in any of the 25 countries belonging to the European Union.

Why hasn't Congressman Knollenberg spoken out against torture???
