Joe and his team at Arts, Beats and Eats

Joe Knollenberg, Mike Brownfield, Joe's campaign manager, were at Arts, Beats and Eats in Pontiac yesterday. I got to talk to Mike Brownfield for a minute about when Joe will debate Gary Peters, the Democratic candidate. He said that Knollenberg had agreed to debates. Well, apparently this was news to the Peters campaign. When I asked a staffer, no one on Peters' team is aware of any debate invitations that Knollenberg has accepted and Brownfield wouldn't share with me which invitations they'd accepted.
