Bush Violated Constitution By Spying on Americans

Bush has violated the 4th Amendment by spying on Americans without obtaining warrants. It doesn't matter what authority he thinks Congress granted him in 2001 -- no one can grant him the authority to violate the Constitution.

Does intentional violation of the Constitution constitute Treason?
Congress now has an obligation to investigate and take whatever legal action is necessary -- even if it means drafting Articles of Impeachment.

Knollenberg hasn't spoken out against the President yet.

He hasn't even called for an investigation.

Does this make him an accomplice after the fact????
