Joe, can you help me figure this out

I was looking at my tax bills going back to 2003, and there's a recurring charge for $275. What exactly is that for and how do I get it removed from my bill?

What's $275 if you are rich. The tax breaks Bush gave them, is all that matter to them. Greed is the hallmark of the Republican party - and Knollenberg is their handmaiden.
