Joe's name is among those not voting on HR 1 to implement the 9/11 Commission recommendations. Wonder what he was doing that was so important that he couldn't show up to vote.

He was probably busy on K street collecting marching orders from the big businesses he represents. Even though he squeeked by in Nov - his allegence is to the rich CEO's in Oakland county he represents.
