I'm sure Joe abstained from voting on this bill recognizing the 186th anniversary of Greek independence because of his work with the Armenian lobby and his role as co-chair of the Armenian caucus. Why does Joe hate Greece?

Notes the important role that Greece has played in the wider European region and in the community of nations since gaining its independence 186 years ago.
